Skatepark Description
Goodyear Skate Park is located inside of Goodyear Community Park in Goodyear, Arizona. It is a 32,500 square foot poured concrete skate park that opened in 2007. Goodyear Skate Park is an outstanding example of a municipal skatepark. It has bathrooms, water fountains, and a grassy seating area with shade trees. The skate facility has several unique features, including a full bowl with an over-vert section. This one-of-a-kind feature is not found at any other skate park in Arizona. Old-school skaters will enjoy skating the peanut bowl with swimming pool style tile and coping. There are quarter pipes and transition areas galore. There is a large fun box with both a rail and a ledge. A poured concrete spine offers the chance for big air tricks. This park really has it all! It is equipped with lights for night skating.
