Skatepark Description
Avondale Skate Park is located inside of Festival Fields Park in Avondale, Arizona. This 33,000 square foot facility is unique because it combines a concrete skatepark with a bicycle pump track. Opened in 2019, the park was designed by American Ramp Company of Joplin, Missouri with input from the community. Skaters will enjoy a street-style skating area with a V-shaped layout. There are quarter pipes, brightly colored ledges, rails, and a long 5-stair set. There are no bowls at this park. The asphalt pump track is a unique, one-of-a-kind feature found nowhere else in Arizona. Built by Velosolutions of Switzerland, it offers bike riders the chance to build speed around a series of ramps and banked corners.
