Skatepark Description
Picture Rocks Skate Park is located inside of Picture Rocks Park in Pima County near Tucson, Arizona. It is a 7,500 square foot poured concrete skate park that opened in 2010. The park features a unique layout that leaves room for a possible expansion in the future. A long entryway has a ledge and box combo leading up to a concrete berm. A rainbow shaped ramp is unique and great for BMX riders, which are allowed. The main area of the park has transition ramps and a quarter pipe with a spine ramp in the middle. A "bump" obstacle is also found here. For the residents of Picture Rocks and nearby areas, this is a great park to ride, skate, and practice your skills. The park is equipped with lights for night skating.
